90° CUT CORES 
In order to fully satisfy our customers’ requirements, Traser Italia manufactures cut cores with tailored cut-to-length solutions, available in different steel grades and sizes, ensuring flexibility, precision and reliability.

- 2 high-performance slitting lines handling widths up to 1250 mm 
- 22 presses in the blanking department, covering a wide power range from 
80 to 300 tons 
- 3 cutting lines for widths up to 300 mm 
- 1 unicore machine enhancing our capability in wound core production

Tooling Division Precision & Innovation:

Beyond our production capacity, Traser Italia is equipped with two in-house tooling departments, giving us the flexibility to design and manufacture both standard and customized tools for lamination production.
